Slider door broken. Not very clean (floor grout super dirty, walls had some kindof oil or something running down them). The kitchen had a lot of coffee cups not a lot of the dishes were the kind that are for decorative use only. We felt like most people must not use the kitchen. Also they only gave you one roll of tp for each bathroom and one trash bag and one dishwasher pod for a week. Meaning you had to go get more if you cooked and hung out there. The patio furniture was mostly broken and the bannister was rusted and peeling. The vibe was granny thrift store but that was fine. The location was perfect. It wasn’t bad but needs some updating and a good scrub

This is my 3rd time in a year staying here. Love the new rug in the living room. The washer messed up the day before we left, and we contacted ALBVR. They emailed back, thanking us for letting them know. They also said they had scheduled maintenance for it after we checked out.

Perfect Getaway

This was our 4th time staying in this Condo. It’s still just as nice. New A/C was installed in May 2025, and it will freeze you out ❤️. Perfect for when you come in off the beach hot and sweaty. The shower has the best hot water. You can stay in there a long time, and it’s still just as hot. The grounds outside are well maintained. The pool is amazing.

The condo was in poor condition. The ceiling in the bedroom was very dirty, vent in kitchen very greasy and dirty, dirty dishes and potholders and some cooking utensils had food on them. Overall, the condo was very disappointing in appearance and cleanliness. The owner should invest a little money in this condo or you should not rent that unit until they do. Sorry I can’t give a positive review of this property other than the view from the balcony.

It had a great view of the beach. The shower was not very hot. The bed was ok but seemed to have a lump in the middle. I was able to sleep well.

Terrific Balcony and View!

Condo was very nice, needs some in depth floor cleaning but that is common for beach condos. Feet would be black after walking around so we kept our flip-flops on. But, the bed and couch were very comfortable and the balcony view was AMAZING!! Would definitely stay there again.
