"From the moment you enter, the lobby feels like a clean hotel. You are immediately welcomed by the front desk staff, making the check-in process quick and easy. The room wasn't ready, and although upgrades were offered, I declined. Shortly after, while sitting at the pool bar with a drink, I received a text message and soon afterward a call informing me that the room was available. The hotel staff is very well-trained and friendly. The room smells clean and was indeed cleaned; it is very well maintained. All amenities were working perfectly, and everything we needed was in the room. I find the breakfast at the pool bar in the morning was not the best; the location and food options were limited the coffee was not the best. The pool view room is spacious and comfortable."

"Main pool was too cold, but everything else was great! After reading other comments from people complaining about minor things, we were skeptical—that is, until we actually arrived at the place. It really isn't how they described it; the place is perfect and has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, we loved the hotel and will definitely be back."

"beautiful lobby. great location to local restaurants like ruth chris, olive garden and longhorn steakhouse. thats where it ends. rooms are outdated. the mirror above the desk is bigger than the tv. the beds are the most uncomfortable beds and all the elevators make a scary sqeaky noise. saved the best for last. on my last night/day at 5am i wemt to use the bathroom and found a cockroach on the nightstand!! i woke my husband up who literally had to move furniture around just to kill it. i call the front desk and they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms.Why would I want to switch rooms if there might be bugs there too? when i said that the kid responded with ok ill put that room down for maintenence. of course i couldnt sleep after that and we checked out early. for a Ramada, past the lobby, it looked and felt like a motel! "
