「The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!」

「Great location but this is probably one thing that I found great at this place. Room without place for the cloths- needed to ask for few hangers. Kitchenette with random pieces like three unnecessary lids for non existent pants. No cups, random plates. Curtains with mini holes in random places. I did not use any of the advertised pools - either too small ( maybe good for kids) or water with the questionable quality ( lazy river). The place needs refresh and updates - it is old and this is...

「The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

「The hotel had mold on the ceiling in the bedroom 3rd floor, no ventilation in the bathrooms, stain on bed sheets had to call to chg. Not much going on around hotel.」

Another note our room did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom not sure if all the room are the same」
