「The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The only issue is we visit Navarre 3-4 times a year for quick 2-3 day stays and I always bring my 22 ft boat. I normally back in and park on the grass section upfront but sometimes it is not available because of cars parking there. Maybe designate that area for vehicles with trailers and boats. I noticed the hotel next to the Best Western had plenty of parking for trailers and such.」

It started off with them, putting us in the wrong room overlooking the bay instead of the ocean, which is what I paid for went downstairs to let them be aware of what they had made a mistake in the best that she could do was put me in a room with two full-size bed overlooking the ocean instead the king size bed with the balcony so that did not make me happy. The floor was full of sand. The room did not smell fresh. The refrigerator stunk out of this world and did not...

「Nicely renovated room! Thankfully it didn't smell as bad as the front office. I was worried during check in that the room would be smelly too but it wasn't! Bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff was nice and respectful! Had trouble with getting hot water for a shower due to the neighbors showering at the same time. Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay there again!」

「Sand and surf was wonderful! The staff was amazing and so helpful! A beautiful view of the beach! We walked to the beach when we could!! Breakfast everyday was delicious. The rooms were clean. They have free rentals of bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. Unfortunately, we did not get to use those due to be busy.」

「我喜欢这种规模不太大的度假酒店, 我们订的池景双床房(侧面对着大海). 早餐也还是不错的, 虽然不是四五星酒店全套自助餐; 酒店还有提供去往沙滩时用的毛巾, 很贴心; 由于天气不好, 我们没有使用可爱的泳池, 遗憾了呢. 唯一不足是电视节目, 只能使用INTERNET TV, HBO GO 去看一些东西, 好像没有找到直播的电视台节目. 另外就是美国的酒店都没有拖鞋, 需自备; 牙具也要自己带.」

「The breakfast was not great. It was catered toward children and not very tasty for an adult who paid $200+ per night. I also would expect more attention paid to the beach, since this seemed to be big attraction for the families with young kids. No seating available to watch the sunrise or sunset. The private beach could have been so much more beautiful with a little more attention.」
