Irene from the concierge team was exceptionally friendly and helpful—she shared great recommendations on places to visit in Zhuhai, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After we checked out, we realized we had left a few items in our room. Irene contacted us immediately so we could retrieve them. We’re truly grateful for her outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay."

"Staffs are very friendly, we were stayed at an apartment suite. 2 bedrooms with 2 @ 1.8m beds, my children were very happy. They both said they would like to stay at the same hotel for our next visit."

"Great breakfast & large dining area so didn't feel too busy. Good selection of food. Nice staff. Had to change room due to noisy guests next door but that wasn't fault of hotel & staff were quick to move us with no issues Hamper provided upon leaving. Pool was being renovated so not used. Large gym & play area for children"
