「Really enjoyed my stay here at the Cross Keys. Was meeting up with family for a wedding in Saltburn. It was in a lovely quiet setting, beautifully decorated interior, quirky with a simple country style decor. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Ben and Laura who always made sure you was comfortable and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay and recommend this place again.」

「We loved our stay here, it was so near to whitby centre. The room was good, a negative is no where to dry towels. We had to ask for more coffee and sugar, as we were staying three nights. We will recomnend a stay at Penny Hedge. Staff could not do enough for us , all very friendly and polite. We will come again now we know of the hotel . 「Beautiful Hotel, fab food, breakfast amazing, clean comfortable beds room was a bit cold on arrival and took a bitbof time to heat up,but, there was an oil radiator in the room. The staff are fantastic, welcoming professional and helpful. 」
