「The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in.
