"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. OMG, where do I even begin. The first room was disgusting, the blinds had stains all over them, the carpet felt gummy, so I wore my shoes all the time. The fridge looked as if it had punch marks on it. The couch had cut marks on it. The headboard had what looked like grease stains. I just couldn't sleep in that bed. I requested a room change which was accommodated, however the second room was just as Grose. From the second I got to the second room, i felt like crying. The door had what appeared to have blood or make up all over it, I questioned, why didn't housekeeping clean that off????? The bathtub seriously needs to be resurfaced or replaced; I literally put a towel down over the stains INSIDE of the shower in order to shower. Once again, the carpet was gummy, shoes on the entire day. I felt dirty laying on that bed. I stayed up all night on the phone with Expedia, literally begging for help out of there, I didn't want to lose my $500 but I was so desperate, I would have just counted it a loss. Luckily, they agreed, to refund me for the remainder of the stay."

"There were stains on the carpet in the rooms. The first room smelled damp like there was water damage. The second room was much better. There was a mouse slowly roaming in the lobby and there were some interesting looking patrons to say the least. On the brighter side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting hotel guests which was nice. Also the parking garage across the street was only $7 per day on weekends but valet was $45."

"this property is the worst. horrible customer service. we had tickets to a concert next door to the hotel. the concert was cancelled 24 hours prior to the show. we had a saturday check in and i contacted them early friday afternoon, and this staff did not have the decency to refund us our money because it was not cancelled 48 hours prior. this is 2026, give the customer a deserved break. will never stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient, there is a lot to do around there. Room was really clean. They have TVs that can you can connect your devices to. Breakfast was great they have an all you can eat selection or you can order and eat there or take to your room. The only thing is the elevators do take a little long mostly in the afternoon."

"The room was very nice. The only thing I was very unhappy was the fact that I was charged fifteen dollars a night for parking, and I was not told that all I was told was put this in your window and it was a tag. I was never told that. I would be charged thirty dollars for 2 nights."
