"I had an amazing stay for 4 nights! Everything was very clean and the staff were very professional and nice. The only downside was that the card key could accidentally get deactivated if it gets too close to a smartphone, but the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly! The location was also very convenient. There is a MRT entrance for the red line literally right outside the hotel."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Taipei. Conveniently located in the Zhongshan district, it is near several points of interest including Nanjing-Fuxing Station and the Liaoning Night Market. Easy access to both the Xinyi/Songshan district to the East and Datong district to the West. The staff are incredibly helpful and warm, the rooms impeccably clean, and the space quiet."

"I usually don’t write long reviews but I wanted to show my gratitude for Cosmos Hotel Taipei’s excellent services in assisting me to handle a refund process. We had to change our booking to check out earlier because of the typhoon. The hotel staff showed great care and professionalism, and agreed to waive the penalty for changing my reservation. They patiently explained the procedure and promptly provided all requested information to Expedia. Special thanks goes to a member at the front desk who has helped me along this process! Without her assistance, I am probably still in the loophole of dealing with the booking site to initiate such request. Cosmos Hotel shows me a perfect example of genuine care and excellence in servicing clients."
