服務員態度親切且細心,餐飲部員工也非常好,食物質素也很好,房間不算很大但已不錯,整體感覺都很好。只可惜一點是想隻梵高紀念杯卻非常困難,結果還是放棄了,這個有點可惜。

酒店的服务蛮好,当天晚上6点我们还没入住,就打电话来询问。 早餐的有些菜稍微偏淡了一点,但是也感觉蛮健康的。

Unbelievable bad service 令人難以置信的糟糕服務
Front line staff gave me a twin bed room instead of a double bed room and I needed to go back to reception for a change. However, the staff is indifference until I asked my colleague for the account manager e-mail who served our company for venue booking. Then, I heard a girl in another side of the reception said foul language and I directly told the staff how I disappointed about their service. Last, he upgraded me to a suite. 前線工作人員給了我一間雙床房而不是雙人房,我需要回到接待處換房。 然而,在我詢問同事那一位為我工作的公司服務的客戶經理電子郵件之前,工作人員是漠不關心的。 然後,我聽到接待處另一邊的一個女孩說粗口,我直接告訴工作人員我對他們的服務感到失望。 最後,他將我升級為套房。

The stuffs are very nice and helpful. However, the room is not very tidy. I found the sheet which is not clean up on the floor and hair everywhere. Since I’m only there for few hours so I have not asked for changing the room. The room service food is very good. This i need to give compliment for.
