The hotel lacked a microwave and small refrigerator I am giving it 5 stars because of the food service captain Tono. He was excellent very attentive cordial and always made sure my husband and I got taken care of. The breakfast was good it’s a shame there’s no room service after 3pm. Great hotel, amazing staff

everything was nicely arrange, room was clean as well as the bathrooms. the food at breakfast was delicious as well as the service. I do have a couple of negatives things to report: there was not iron or iron board in the room and there were only three cloth hangers in the closet. not enough when you are traveling for business and staying more than two days
