The hotel is centrally located and close to attractions and restaurants. It is an older hotel right across n the Jardín de Union. We asked for and got a quiet interior room. The beds were on the firm side. Room was clean but the bathroom is still n major need of a remodel. Staff was friendly and could speak English.

The property is located at an excellent place, but the employees do not provide a good service except the waitresses from the restaurant. The first night we stayed the smell of the bathroom sewer was horrible. The hotel management never respected my VIP access I asked them three times and no one did nothing. A family member went to visit us to the hotel and immediately the manager approached us and said that visitors were not allowed in the hotel. I always stayed at another hotel but unfortunately they didn’t have rooms available. I do not recommend this hotel because of the employees being rude and not offering a good service. As I mentioned before location is great but not management.

Our room was reasonable although smaller than others with a tiny TV. Still, the room was quiet even though near the action and the staff was helpful. We like the hotel. You should know that parking is pretty limited. The location is very good and the hotel was charming.

Historic hotel in the heart of Zona Centro next to the Jardín Union, this is a lovely property with a friendly, helpful staff. All of Guanajuatos treasures are within a few blocks’ walk—the funicular to the Pipila monument, the Diego Rivera House Museum, the Alhóndiga, and the Museum of Don Quixote Iconography. We will be staying at this property for our next visit.
