「Clean and beautiful. Very attentive staff. Loved the pool and short distance to the square 」

「After I booked a room in Expedia, I follow the instructions to call 24 hours before arrival to get instructions to get into the property and I was told they will email those to me in the morning. Never received anything and had to call back to be told that I did not have any reservations. The person was rude and not willing to help」

「Very close to the airport and near to the downtown area in Silao 」

「The distance to centro was incorrect. The address provided in description was false, purposely to show property was closer to centro than actually is. The patio furniture was ruined by fire from previous tenant. Air conditioning was non existent in living, dining and kitchen making the property extremely unpleasant. Property management refused ro get on a call with us. Property management accused us of causing damages to patio furniture which was dine prior to oyr arrival. Overall terrible...
