"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "

"The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. "

"Corner accommodation, with slider door to patios was spotless. Friendly check-in. I was able to early check in, provided with shower gel, shower cap and plenty of clean fluffy towels. Close to pool/spa and guard on duty 24 hours. "
