I like the location and how safe I felt. This was our second time staying. I would definitely stay here again. All stuff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to everybody at the restaurant upstairs. Juan our waiter every day at breakfast was amazing, he was very attentive and great customer service.

Amazing new hotel with great staff that really make you feel welcomed. And their restaurant on the 7th floor it’s a jewel to be discovered- so make sure you include breakfast on your reservation. Great taste on decoration! I’ll be back. Thank you !

Overall experience was great, no issues checking in, it would be nice to have a direct access elevator instead of having to switch elevators- I’m using a wheelchair and anyone who travels to Mexico knows that it’s already difficult when in a wheelchair with sizing of elevators,ramps and stone floors.. Wish there was a microwave in the room to reheat our food.. other than that room was great! We had hot water and complimentary beverages in the mini fridge (only the first set).

VOCO never fails to amaze me. This was my third time staying at VOCO and I will continue staying here whenever I travel to GDL. Staff is super friendly and the accommodations are simply the best. Great place to stay

Great hotel in the providencia area of Guadalajara. The room was decent size and we had balcony with a nice view of the city. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to include allowing us to do early check in with no fee. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Safe neighborhood with lots ro do. Not far from bosque los colmos if you would like to take a nice jog or walk in during your stay.
