Pésima experiencia

El primer día que llegamos, en la madrugada tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación, porque comenzó a salir de la regadera y del inodoro el drenaje, el olor era terrible y en recepción no nos daban solución rápida, querían mandar a mantenimiento, y mandaron solamente a una señora para que trapeara y exigimos el cambio de cuarto, en el siguiente cuarto salieron cucarachas les dijimos en recepción y lo único que dijeron fue luego chacamos ( se adjunta la fotografía) en el momento por ser temporada alta no pudimos cambiarnos de hotel, pero definitivamente nunca mas nos hospedaríamos ahi nuevamente, de los empleados del hotel jamás recibimos una cortesía al contrario dijeron que no era su culpa.

Great hotel especially for the price

The hotel was in a good location, although I was told it was not the safest area I felt safe within the hotel. I would walk around alone during the day fine. Would not recommend walking around GDL too late though in most places. The hotel was very clean and had more than enough amenities. I enjoyed the restaurant with room service as well. most of the employees do not speak English though, but most people in Guadalajara don't seem to speak English compared to other places I have visited in Mexico.
