Was a little tricky to find the hotel, they maintain very secure entrance. Receptionist are available 24 hours. Breakfast consist in a yougurt with granola and everything to prepare a sandwich, orange juice, good coffee, a fruit. Relaxing areas. Outside we can walk in the middle of a lot of threes and quiet residential area. I will like to come back again.

Hotel located at walkable distance to all kinds of dining areas. Very clean, and safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff was polite and very professional. We enjoyed our stay at this property but didn’t like breakfast because of very poor selection.

In a wonderful part of town, very close to numerous restaurants. Sufficient size of room, comfy bed. Not like some issues around bathroom, shower, even closed doors while showering, leaked onto floor. Sink did not drain very fast. But overall great and clean. Thank you

Just before we went to the room, the clerk said "I need to prepare the room for you". I believe she sprayed an air freshener, a LOT of it around the room. It was awful, and even the next morning it lingered. Please do not spray air fresheners, many people, including us, are allergic or sensitive to these artificial fragrances.

In all days ,I only have wifi 1 day . This is not may first time in Clarum101 and the other 2 times was the same . No internet , no TV. Breakfast...? The fruits wasent fresh .

Problems with the air conditioning, there was no purge tray or hose; so all the condensation water was running inside the room... maintenence went a couple times, could not fix it... and then of course they turned off every day... so, coming back to rest to a very hot room every night... I did check out early and went somewhere else... the staff didn't even bother to offer a reimbursmet.

El personal es.muy atento La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica y con muchas opciones de restaurantes a pie. En mi caso el cuarto era oscuro y no tenía ventilación, era muy humedo. La regadera no tiene un drenaje suficiente para la salida de agua ya que se hace una alberca, por desgracia no se puede regular la cantidad de agua, solo la temperatura así que en cuestión de segundos tendrás unos centímetros de agua en tus pies. Además el edificio no es bueno con los sonidos, se escuchaba mucho ruido de gente entendí, saliendo y hablando en los pasillos. Las toallas de regadera son muy pequeñas y algunas ya presentaban desgaste (desgarradas). La llave del lavabo no permite tampoco regular fácilmente la cantidad ni temperatura del agua. El lugar está bien y cumple su propósito, la ubicación es su mayor ventaja.
