Excellent stay at Hilton Guadalajara Midtown. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located in the Midtown area with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great views. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The amenities were top-notch, and everything felt well organized and high quality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara.

Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair. Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍
