The stairs were killers and definitely not for senior citizens. No elevator to get to the restaurant. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were out of order. The buffet was great and the staff very kind.

The location is amazing we were able to walk to Plaza Patria almost every day. They also had a delicious restaurant on the ground level of the property. It is a very dated property. The jacuzzi was out of service for the duration of our 2 week stay. I noticed that there were dirty dishes in the hall way from someone ordering room service. The dishes sat there for about 4 days. We spent very little time in our room so really no complaints. The hotel got the job done we comfortably slept there each evening.
