Ha ido cambiando mucho el lugar.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y fue triste a comparación de otras veces, sé que la pandemia no ha ayudado pero siento que se siente solo y abandonado el hotel, pequeños detalles que lo hacían increíble o grande ya no se sienten así… las sales para clorar la alberca muy fuertes y nos irritaron… un poco desprolijo las áreas comunes como empolvadas o abandonadas. La atención de la chica de recepción, INMEJORABLE , como siempre, súper amable e increíble, pero el lugar da la impresión de un lugar caído … empolvado, los jardines descuidados.

Beautiful, fun and relaxing hotel.

This place is very clean, beds are amazing beautiful areas and a nice jacuzzi with a very shot walking distances to go anywhere you want and there are a few different restaurants around the hotel. Definitely I’ll book this place again in my next trip to Guadalajara.

Mal servicio, ya que no especifica si es un hotel o casa de huéspedes, si es para familia o solo para parejas, no cuenta con administrador o personal que atienda a los huéspedes, la habitación no tiene privacidad para la gente que esta en ella, ya que el área de regadera y sanitario tiene puerta de cristal templado y todo se ve, de la regadera se sale el agua hacia la habitación, y no tiene croquis ni señalamientos para casos de incendio o sismos, el tiempo que estuve hospedada con mi familia no llego personal que estuviera al pendiente de ese lugar.
