The room itself was dirty, the bathroom was not clean had hairs in the shower from prevous stays. Bed liners dirty, sheets dirty, walls in the room dirty. Cannot walk at night lots of homless, our uber said that area was known for thiefs and getting mugged. Only area that was okay was the pool and its views.

Everyone is very nice and helpful and the hotel itself is great , but as you step outside of the Hotel is something else! I know its nothing you can control, but its really gotten bad through out the last several years since I’ve been there last!

Property itself was nice and hotel staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was not so nice and food always took a long time and arrived cold. Although there are many businesses open during the day at night it’s a different story. Many homeless people in the area, would not recommend for families. Police and ambulance sirens are heard all night.

The area is unsafe, they have lots of homeless and is not clean. There was this alarm beeping almost every night. They moved one of our rooms (we had two rooms) to a different location without notifying us. One of the front desk person was rude, and the manager was not very nice either.

Add says historic and shows pictures of actual historic sites. As soon as u walked out door it one of the dirtiest places I have been to. I want my money back!! We just left and got another place. My family didn’t feel safe. We didn’t stay for more than an hour. I tried calling Expedia customer support and all they did was hang up on half the time

solo tengo unos comentarios, la vdd fue de muy mal gusto ver fotos en internet y que no fuera nada igual en persona, tambien que a las 8 o antes de la mañana toquen para limpieza, yo creo que nadie en vacaciones se levanta a esa hora, y otra, pasaron a limpiar y no más entraron a ver yo creo por que no estaba nada nada limpio, solo sacaron unos platos y medio tendieron la cama, pero los de recepción y los guardias muy buena onda, muy lindos y atentos, solo que si esos detalles no.
