Todo muy bien, el único inconveniente fue que no servía el aire acondicionado y literalmente hacía menos calor en la calle, además de que nunca hubo servicio de internet

I had to continually ask for an upgrade eventually the staff granted me one after I continued to insist she said there was none available then she finally said she had approval I asked for extra pillows and was denied the staff at the front desk was very rude and condescending the water in the shower was cold also they have a very high deposit and charge for parking as a guest

Check in was terrible, made me pay extra deposit, they made me do a room inventory and tried to make me sign 30 pages to agree on each item, they claimed there was a mistake on the fare I was given for the room I was booked in with Expedia. On the positive side property is very well kept, room was great. Good service from bell boys and valet parking

Very clean hotel, staff was amazing, very eco-friendly, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend it to someone who will use their amenities and will spend some time at their hotel. I was able to check out at noon and there are so many great restaurants nearby.
