Not really in the center tram right outside the customer service is really good Had some broken lamp in the room and scratch in the tv informed the reception on checkin. The water machine early had sparkling water . Bed is hard for whomever like it this way.

Everything was great, the spa, the food, the cleanliness, the staff. My only complaints are that the lifts were a bit slow and that a few people came to breakfast in their pyjamas.
