「Excellent helpful staff from check in, restaurant, cleaning lady and bar staff」

「I was at the lower floor room right under the corridor, other hotel guests walking were very noisy. Other than this, the stay was brilliant」

「Th Leicester Inn is a very old listed property and as such has some wonderful aspects giving it great character. Being old and listed also means that modern features like double glazing and air conditioning are not present and we stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our room was very hot but a fan was provided and we were able to have an open window. There is a good size car park at the rear of the Inn. Food and service were superb.」

「The hotel was beautiful and spacious. When we were there we ate both dinner and breakfast outside which was lovely, again looking over extensive grounds (although oddly the second tier of the garden below the main level was not well maintained at all) However the feel of the place was a bit chaotic and we heard a number of guests complaining about things which should have been easily remedied (tvs not right, AC not entirely working and so on) We had a lovely dinner but one of our servers made...

「The room was lovely. We couldn't open 2 of the windows so it was an incredibly stuffy night. There was a fan provided but opening the windows would have been a better option. A small thing really.」

「We had a two night stay here. In a standard room which was a ‘cosy double’ the room felt small but it was a comfortable sleep. The room was clean, great location also the staff were very helpful. I did not get a chance to use the spa facilities so I can’t comment on that area. If I was to return I would book a bigger room. Overall great stay.」
