"Excellent stay from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Grindelwald and the surrounding mountain areas. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, and all the common areas were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. What stood out most was how much thought had clearly gone into guest comfort. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and designed to make guests feel relaxed and cared for. We genuinely felt well looked after during our stay. One of the few hotels where I felt every dollar was well spent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grindelwald."

"Even though I called and verified the fact that we had changed our date and actually talked to the hotel manager at the hotel guaranteed us that we were good that he was taken care of it. We got there and they said we did not have a reservation at all, not even the day before which was the day we had paid for. Said it was all Hotels.com fault that it was going on through the whole country. therefore, I will not be using Hotels.com anymore ever again and we were silver members."

"The property is a few steps away from the train and bus station so this makes it very convenient for moving about. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. If you’re travelling on a budget, you can get food from Coop and the breakfast room can be used to warm or have your meal (especially convenient when travelling in groups because the rooms are not very large). They even provide cutlery/ plates and cups."

"Our stay in Grindelwald was absolutely amazing! The mountain views from the hotel were breathtaking and truly felt like something out of a postcard. Waking up each morning to the stunning Swiss Alps right outside our window was unforgettable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the First Cliff Walk gondola, making it easy to enjoy one of the area’s most spectacular attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Between the incredible scenery, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel made our time in Grindelwald even more special. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!"
