Sie nimmt gern Verbesserungsvorschläge entgegen und spricht dies bezüglich auch bei ihren Gästen an. "Check in was a little confusing. We used after hours which they contacted us and let us know that the key was in the restaurant. Which was very helpful. The gentleman was so nice and funny who helped us. But it seem they have a set up that spreads out over a couple of building which we didn't know. Our breakfast was down a few doors that actually connected to where we were staying. We had to find someone to help us locate breakfast. But over all a nice place with a nice beer garden with a wonderful chicken salad that I had."

"This property is a hidden gem. The location is absolutely gorgeous with idyllic scenes of the farmland on the other side of the Elbe. Sitting outside on the terrace watching the peaceful river flow by was a real treat. I would recommend the Elbterrassen to anyone searching for a beautiful, peaceful spot to relax in for a few days. The restaurant is also very good so no need to go anywhere else while you are here."
