「We had a nice clean and modern room which gave us plenty of room. The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We were there to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary so would have liked a sea view room but we couldn’t run to the expenditure of that. Maybe another time. Breakfast was also perfect. We will definitely go to Fowey again as the views over the river was amazing. Thankyou for making our break so enjoyable.」

「Perfectly located (bang in the middle of Fowey), extremely helpful staff, lovely spacious room with stunning view, and fab decking area over looking the estuary. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that there isn’t any parking so have to go to one of the town’s public car parks. Having said that, we pulled up outside the hotel, put all our luggage in reception before going to park the car.」

「The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. Breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory and was excellent with good choices and nice touches like home-made jams and granola. 「The ship is unique because of its position in mevagissey. The room was not spacious but adequate for our needs. In the bathroom was a fairly new shower which was great apart from there was no place to put your soap or shampoo. The breakfast was cooked to order and like the evening meals were excellent. The pub has been taken over by a lovely couple called Alex and Noah and along with their attentive staff I believe they will make it a great success」

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
