「All staff superb both at reception and throughout the property. Rooms large and immaculate with all amenities. Property superb. Location peaceful and relaxing with balcony and view of the lake. Only 5 mins by car to Kastoria town. 8-10 Euros by taxi. Would have liked to stay longer if we had the time. 」

「Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...
