Great hotel! Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open until a couple days before we left. Food was good and rooms were clean. Overall, our family enjoyed our time spent.

Incredibly beautiful property. The view is stunning, the pools are amazing! The rooms were nice and quiet, well sound proofed and the curtains were nice and darkened if you needed to sleep in late. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the spa but it looked amazing and I'm sure, like everything else it was exactly as shown and described. Highly recommend!

Indoor pool, sauna and steam room are nice but not included in the stay. Our air conditioning did not work after multiple attempts to turn it on and the room was so warm we had to open the balcony door. Our friends staying there experienced the same issue with their a/c. The breakfast had a good selection and staff were friendly overall. Great view!

We loved everything about the hotel. It was truly a 5 star, luxury hotel. We booked a Seaview room - the room and bathroom were modern and luxurious with a rain shower , bathrobes, fluffy towels and everything you would expect. When we walked in, the lobby was grand, check-in was a breeze, and service was excellent. There is even a hair salon and separately a spa which was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and the pool was nice with cabanas and lounge chairs. It’s on the seaside and an easy walk to restaurants and shops on the boardwalk. We absolutely loved it and would stay again !

It’s a basic hotel. Rooms are dated and the beds uncomfortable. The elevator was not working when we got there. Our room was ok.. booked waterview and we got a partial view. It’s quite far from the old town you need a car. Breakfast is great. The rooms are small they definitely do not fit 4 people and we had a junior suite.

Really pleased and delighted with our stay! Staff were very friendly. Room and facilities were clean and modern. The spa was also lovely. The lake view was absolutely stunning! The pictures dont do justice. You have to see it for yourself!

This hotel overlooks the lake of Kastoria and most amenities that a tourist wants; clean rooms, good restaurants, outdoor swimming pool, etc. While there is no 5 star hotel in this town, they do a very good job overall.

I booked a junior suite with 2 of my friends but upon checking in the lady at the reception gave us another much smaller room, then after going back down and talking to her she gave us the room we actually paid much extra for. This hotel is not a 5 star as they say, it’s nothing like a 5 star. Rooms are not as the website shows and the jacuzzi had only very cold water. Other than that, it was just ok. Would I visit again? No.
