Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok. 2. Showers are very small. 3. 「Everything was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were incredibly kind, warm and out going. They were instantly welcoming and friendly. The property and staff all exceeded expectation. We were planning on visiting the Uffizi and some of the basilicas after checking out and they allowed us to keep our bags there through the afternoon which was very kind.
