「The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and looked very nice from the inside as well. However, the breakfast was more expensive than average for the quality provided. Aside from the breakfast, everything else was excellent.」

「Everything about the hotel was good but the mattress was not comfortable so made it difficult to sleep. Unsure if they do the mattress or it just need replacing. Normally I'm fine with sleeping and have a hard mattress at home but this was solid and felt like it had an indentation from previous guests.」

「je séjourne régulièrement au Vauban. L'équipe et en particulier la personne de l'accueil est particulièrement attentive et chaleureuse. A deux pas de la gare, du Quarz et en centre ville on peut tout faire à pied ou prendre le tram pour aller plus loin dans la ville. Je recommande l'établissement qui est 100% indépendant.」
