Un hotel calme aves un accueil impeccable !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis ! Le code reçu par mail ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et nous commencions à attendre quel'accueil ouvre à 16h. L'employé qui était là, nous voyant galèrer a eu la gentillesse de nous ouvrir plus tôt et nous donner un nouveau code.

FUYEZ !!!

On a réservé pour être près de l’embarcadère pour Ouessant hors il y a deux ports et deux bb hôtel : CE N’EST PAS LE BON. Lors de la réservation il y a plusieurs mois déjà plus de chambres 4 personnes : obligé de prendre trois chambres de 2 HORS 2 des trois chambres étaient des chambres pour 4 !!! Il est noté que si l’on embarque le sèche-cheveux c’est facturé 29€ MAIS IL N’Y EN AVAIT PAS DANS AUCUNE CHAMBRE !!! PLUS LA LENTEUR A L’ACCUEIL FUYEZ !!!

Catastrophique

Le système informatique pour l’obtention du code ne fonctionne pas . La porte d’entrée est mal bloquée ( le haut bloque et pas le bas) Pour entrer j’ai du faire appel à l’assistance qui dans un premier temps m’a donné un code qui n’ouvrait pas la porte. J’ai eu 3 code a faire pour entrer. Par ailleurs ma porte de chambre ne s’ouvrait pas avec le code donne a l’entrée par l’ordinateur qui avait bien sûr sut me ponctionner les 2,2€ de taxes. L’ensemble est désastreux d’autant qu’il faut faire un no en 08 - donc payant - pour vous joindre dans le cadre de la réservation : Je suis très mécontent et vous ne pourrai me donner aucune excuse qui justifie tous ces problèmes !!!

Liebloses Hotel

Einchecken am Automaten, da Türe verschlossen (um 15.30 Uhr) und niemand da. Ohne Reservierungsnummer nicht möglich. Da wir keine Mail mit dieser Nr erhalten haben, dauerte es länger. Frühstück speziell. Zuständige Person fasste Brot etc vor den Gästen mit blossen Händen an, dann sass sie an einem Tisch und plauderte. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Très bon séjour quand on est pas très longtemps dans la chambre. Très grande chambre, que j'ai trouvé très spartiate. Rien pour pouvoir poser ses bagages, la même chose pour la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner sympa. Peut-être prévoir des mugs ou grandes tasses pour les personnes qui aiment avoir une "baignoire" soit pour leur café, soit pour leur thé.

Bon séjour à Brest

Bon séjour dans une grande chambre. Hôtel placé en retrait mais pas loin du port dans un environnement boisé très agréable pour des journées à 30oc. Pas de climatisation mains on peut ouvrir une porte fenêtre! Le petit déjeuner est acceptable sans plus: produits basiques sauf les yaourts Malo. Le seul problème est l’odeur de cigarette imprégnée dans la moquette, vraiment pas agréable !!

Tout a été parfait si ce n’est la réservation. Je me suis fait piégé par un site d’un fournisseur tiers (expédia) sur lequel je n’ai réussi ni à faire une modification de ma réservation ni à l’annuler ce qui est de l’escroquerie. Par contre l’accueil à l’arrivée a été parfait, la chambre parfaite, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de la chambre divin etc… Denis

J'ai réservé avec Hotels.com, ils m'ont pris les 58 € et à l'arrivée pour pouvoir rentrer dans la chambre pour pouvoir avoir mes codes, il a fallu que je redonne ma carte bleue et j'ai encore dû payer 51 €, la chambre me revient à plus de 100 balles.
