「Leider waren wir in einem neuen Teil neben dem Schloß untergebracht, der von der Inneneinrichtung her nun gar nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen hat und wenig bis gar nichts mit Schloß-Atmosphäre gemein hatte.」

Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig und soweit sauber, allerdings ist die Badezimmerausstattung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal ausgetauscht werden: Dusche mit Plexiglasschiebetür, von der nicht mehr alle Flecken entfernt werden können...

「On arrival the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were helpful but without a smile. We then had the unfortunate experience of guests in the next door room who insisted on playing loud music in the evening, then again at 6.15am, being loud and smoking, the whole corrider smelt of cigarettes, which in turn created a fire risk for all guests. In turn the hotel staff were reluctant to compensate us (having spent €300) for this experience. We were offered breakfast which really was a little cost to...

「A beautiful property!!!! Clean rooms and bathroom (with a few toiletries, hairdryer and nice towels), very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. The main building has a nice bar. The sauna is open from 4-10 pm, which was a shame as I had intended to use it after my morning walk. As we only stayed one night and I did not realize this till the morning, I was a little disappointed about it (but everything else was fantastic!). The building complex has a very nice bakery, a gift shop...

「The room was fresh and bright. The location is very convenient when you are coming from the train station in Münster, DE. The staff was very helpful and had great information about the city. Very hospitable and friendly. The city parking underneath the hotel is expensive if you do arrive by car but it is a nice garage.」

「Yes we had good time. Still we had no microwave and fridge in our room and top of that there were no ironing services. Please consider those too. Breakfast options need to be increased as we went there first day and noticed limited options. These things are I am just suggesting. Not complain. We liked the room and washroom. Thanks 」
