Great Quality Hotel

Excellent quality hotel in every way, as ive come to expect of Novotel's. Havjng stayed in a few already, it was nice to see that their standards were maintained in Munster, and we has a fantastic break! The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and have great bathroom products included. We opted for breakfast as part of our room rate, and it was great value, with plenty of choice! Perfect to set you up for the day ahead! I would highly recommend this hotel, and is around a 10 minute walk fron the centre of the historic area, and also only a few minutes walk from the train station. Lots of food and drink options in the locality, which is great!

Super hotel in a lovely city. Room was huge, air con was excellent, and generally the facilities were spot on. Location close to the station and near a massive scooter rental zone - very convenient if not picturesque!

Nice new hotel. The room was thoughtfully furnished and arranged. The bathroom was spacious; the water pressure was AMAZING. Breakfast was good, typical German buffet spread but with the addition of scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes (no syrup).

Sehr guter Service, freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut, mit dem Rührei kam man nicht nach. Fünf Minuten nach dem Auffüllen war immer alles leer. Zimmer sehr ruhig, sehr gutes Bett.

Hôtel neuf très agréable avec chambre spacieuse si ce n'est l'accueil glacial que ce soit à la réception et au petit déjeuner. On vous fait une réflexion parce que vous vous préparez un petit sandwich pour le voyage en voiture. Le groupe Accor en est il à ce point là de faire des économies et de briffer ainsi son personnel!!!! ( Ou alors cela vienty du personnel et là il faut changer de métier pour ces employés )

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, sonst alles prima

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht im Novotel. Was innerhalb eines solchen Kurz-Aufenthaltes bewertbar ist, war prima.Nichts zu meckern. Das Personal hat offene Ohren für Sonderwünsche.Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei der Einrichtung der Zimmer wurde zu Gunsten einer großen Garderobe auf sämtliche Schränke verzichtet.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir ein 2 tägiges Festival besucht haben. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Die Einrichtung(Zimmer) war ok...Hier und da waren Kleinigkeiten, welche eine Erneuerung/Auffrischung gebrauchen könnten, aber alles in allem kann man nicht meckern. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Aber beim Frühstück ist Luft nach oben, da die veganen Basics fehlen (kein veganer Joghurt, keine Möglichkeiten für herzhaftes veganes Frühstück, da kein veganer Frischkäse, kein Wurst- oder Käseersatz. Aber generell auch kein normaler Frischkäse. Beim frischen Obst nur Äpfel zur Auswahl, am zweiten Tag nur Baguette und Brötchen, kein Brot, außer trockenes glutenfreies, das man ja auch nicht unbedingt wegessen will.
