Room was clean, stains present on bedding and carpet. Looked freshly painted. Neighborhood was a little impoverished. We saw ladies of the night at all hours and homeless walked through the parking lot throughout the day/night as well.

Hotel was clean but very busy that specific weekend. Everything was fine except for the AC in the room doesn’t cool well. We heard other people making the same complaints.
