「4 of us waited over 30 minutes for the man to come to reception to check us at 830pm. He walked in finally and didn't apologize for keeping us all waiting and was most unpleasant. Not a good welcome at all. Apartment was very good. It's annoying to not have anyone manning reception at all. I had no hot water and getting help was difficult.」
