「It was cold during our stay and although we turned the heat up the room remained cold. The temperature must have been preset to a maximum number. That was disappointing. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff at the coffee shop were kind and helpful. There is an upgrade charge for a referegator and a microwave, which is standard in every other hotel/motel we have stayed. I don't feel there should be an upgrade charge...

「We were greeted promptly and courteously. Our reservation was in place as we expected. That part was fine. But our room was simply unacceptable. There was an odor in the hallways that smelled stale. Unpleasant. But finding food (crushed poptarts and raw pasta) in the drawers was gross. But even worse was when we found food crumbs in the bed. The room was in need of a big upgrade. Quite frankly, we will not be back when we are in the area again.」
