「Leon greeted us upon arrival. So sweet, so knowledgeable. He was great. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hot breakfast was wonderful and filling. The hot chocolate station was so Cool. All the staff we encountered were so sweet and helpful. All the ladies at the Breakfast Station were so sweet and made sure my hubby and I had everything we needed. I couldn't rave about this hotel more. The Hotel Way exceded my expectations. Thank you All」

From the time i walked in she had a welcoming smile and very positive energy. I called earlier to notify them i was checking in late and when i walked in i was surprised she remembered my name.
