「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「The family that runs this guesthouse is so lovely and helpful!! The room and the house are cozy and comfortable and they have a VERY cute dog. Check in and out were easy and there's parking available. I'd stay here the next time I'm in Montreal!」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「We stayed for two nights whilst in town for Osheaga. Two adults one child, we had a suite with two double beds and one twin bed, that was situated on top of what used to be a bathtub. No issues here just quirky! Everything worked well, no signs of bedbugs etc. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.」

「Le Petit Hotel is an excellent place to stay in every way. Perfect location in the heart of Old Montreal and the staff couldn’t be nicer! So helpful in every way. They work 24 hours a day. Breakfast was delicious. Happily, they all spoke English because sadly, I don’t speak French. Highly recommend this hotel…oui! Oui!」

「We booked this hotel primarily because of the photos showing bright, spacious rooms with large floor-to-ceiling windows. That was the main reason we were willing to pay almost $300 per night. Unfortunately, the room we received was completely different from what was advertised. Instead of a bright and spacious room, we were given a long, narrow, and very dark room with one tiny window facing the wall of the neighboring building. There was virtually no natural light. 「The common areas of the property are well maintained. However, the housekeepers did not clean the room and bathroom while on my stay for 6 nights. All they did was made the beds. In addition, I paid to upgrade my room to city view but got construction site views.」
