Dear Sir, The reservation in our hotel is non refundable. This means that it was clear from the first place that once you book and then cancel ,fees will apply. Especially for your request .

Great place in the middle of a citrus orchard! Knowledgeable, friendly staff who helped us find beaches to go to. Would highly recommend!

I came to Chios for the wildlife, as I am heavily into botany - particularly orchids. I was recommended this hotel by former guests and I was not disappointed. The owner and his wife are two of the most pleasant people you could possibly hope to meet and made me feel very well looked after during my whole time there. There’s some great places to eat nearby and the hotel has an app that recommends places to visit on the island. I’ll be returning here one day with the rest of my family.

Cenevizliler zamanından kalma tarihi Kambos bölgesinde adayi gercekten yasamak icin harika bir konak evi ve çiftlik. Sahibi Stratos ve ailesi cok yardımsever insanlar, otelde aldığımız kahvaltı da gayet keyifliydi.

İşini yapmayı seven ve mükemmel bir şekilde yapan insanların işlettiği, güzel bir köy un içerinde bulunan, çok iyi bir kahvaltısı olan, temiz ve huzurlu bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Excellent value for money!
If you have a car and wish to stay in quiet, cozy and clean place with soul, choose this one! There's an excellent Greek Taverna within walking distance where you can enjoy Greek cuisine for dinner. Staff is exceptional - helpful and always willing to accommodate their guests needs. We felt really welcome and comfortable in this hotel!

Πολύ καλό κατάλυμα μέσα σε ένα κτήμα με εσπεριδοειδή στην καρδιά του κάμπου της Χίου. Δωμάτιο πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, με κτιστό κρεββάτι και μοντέρνο design. Πλούσιο πρωινό που εκτός των άλλων είχε χυμό και μαρμελάδα από τα μανταρίνια του κτήματος. O κύριος Μιχάλης ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ότι του ζητούσες ! Το μόνο μείον ήταν το ότι από το παράθυρο του δωματίου έλειπε μια κουρτίνα συσκότισης για να κρύβει το φως που έμπαινε το πρωί .

Amongst the orange blossoms
I really enjoyed my stay at Voulamandis House. The smell of the blossoming orange trees was divine! The guest house felt very secluded but was not a far drive to town. The breakfasts were wonderful - well presented with freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade marmalade from the fruit of the trees in the orange grove. The hosts were the best part, though! So friendly and hospitable - even bringing me a complimentary dinner one night and checking on me when the power went out briefly. I hope to stay here again!
