"The room for the most part was neat and clean. There was some dirtiness in the shower that I had to ask the cleaning lady to clean, which she did. There was some debris in the bathroom next to the sink. The weather was cool, so we did not spend much time around the pool. The staff was really helpful when it came to information about the island and receiving transportation. Breakfast was the same everyday. I do wish there was some variety. If you wanted add ons, it did cost extra. "

"Searching for the hotel was very difficult. It's located between other hotels and homes. It's next to another hotel which becomes confusing when following the directions the GPS gives you and if you ask people, they don't know where the hotel is. Once we found the hotel the staff and stay were amazing! We had an amazing view, and our room was wonderful. "

"This place is beautiful. It looks out toward the back of the island for the sunrise or to be by the big pool and bar but within 100-150 ft from the front door you can walk across the street up to a parking area with benches to view the caldera and the beautiful sunsets! Breakfast included is amazing. The people are so helpful and kind. The place is spotless! "
