was clear and clean. Gym works fine. Lobby and entry really nice. My one and only complaint is the breakfast. Management should be embarrassed that they are charging people $21 for a breakfast that you get at a budget hotel for free. Not even worth half the price. Would be 5 stars except that issue. "

"Booked the Superior room, there was a dead frog in the first room so I was relocated to another one. Roaches were everywhere in both rooms. The rooms only come with 3 towels and housekeeping only came in from 2pm to 4pm. I had to ask the front desk staff for towels 6 times over two and a half days and even then, there was a four hour wait. Area near the hotel is bleak, on a walk to a nearby Waffle House I was accosted by a very large stray dog. There are also many vacant buildings nearby....

"need some work in bathroom as far as where towels go rack was rusted and tv remote was damaged and didn't work well, other than that very clean and quiet place breakfast was Great. "

"I keep hearing that this area of town is not the best. But honestly me and my kids felt safe. There’s a security guard roaming the parking lot. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful view from the 12th floor. I will definitely be coming back. I have stayed in very luxurious hotels and I can say that this felt like it. "

"It's just fine. I've stayed here before. Haven't had really any of the problems that I see in there some of the reviews. Usually I would blame that on the maid who didn't clean the room so I would continue to stay here. I like the balcony rooms in the fresh air, and definitely a value when you're laying over a flight for 12 hours no one wants to spend $300 for a hotel room"
