"I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. To begin with, the lobby being located on the second floor made access difficult and inconvenient. Upon arrival, the staff was immediately rude and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable during check-in. When I entered my room, there was a strong musty odor. The bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned—the shower door and knob were covered in soap scum, and there was hair in the shower. The bed was also not adequately prepared, with only a mattress pad and a top sheet. I attempted to call the front desk using the room phone, but it did not work. I then had to go back down to the lobby to report the issues. When I explained my concerns, the staff member responded dismissively, stating, “Well, there’s no housekeeping here, so I don’t know what you want me to do.” I asked for cleaning supplies so I could address the situation myself, but she again responded in a condescending tone that she had no access to any supplies. When I asked for clean sheets, she told me I could come back down later to get them. I then requested a room change, but was told no other rooms were available. While I was still at the desk, another guest began checking in. I advised them to inspect their room before settling in, based on my experience. "Bad experience with the shuttle.. they put us in the wrong one.. the hotel was at 10 minutes from the airport and we got there 1h45 minutes later because we had to drop all the other passengers to their hotel (till Falmouth)...! As for the hotel, after getting a bedroom on the highway side, we decided to pay for an upgrade on the sea side. The bedroom was nice and clean. It is very important to know (because it is not written anywhere when you chose the hotel) that we have planes constantly flying above the beach."

"If you like 24 hour music and lots of partying this is the place for you. Resort is very big with a great beach. There are no quiet pools , chairs and shade are very hard to find at all pools and beach areas. Food is fine however they ran out of many food items throughout the day. The rooms are large and well equipped and maintained. "

"I was upgraded to the Mirage. Everything was great and the property was beautiful. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that we had an issue with the ac in the room and shower handle fell off. Also had very little assistance from the butler"
