The property is absolutely HUGE and with that it spreads alot of things out, which has its positives and negatives.
Our A/C didnt work in the room, despite MULTIPLE maintenance request it was never truly fixed which made sleeping unbearable most nights. When asked if it was possible to switch rooms (made this request 2x) I was told no other rooms were available or if they were it was literally on the other side of the resort.
Instead of offering an upgrade or something for the inconvenience it was basically dismissed.
Odds are I will not return here, and its a shame because the place is lovely."
