Friendly welcome, Clean room. Stayed there a number of times and it has always been good value for money.
Lovley littlest hotel, staff were nice, hotel room was cleaned daily with fresh towles soap and toilt rolls. Bed made and room cleaned.
Cleaner was amazing, no issuss and valuables left out. Cant wait to go back
Solid place to stay. Plenty of free street parking out front. Easy walk to Beach, Dining, Entertainment, etc. Charming older building. Room was bigger than most. Stayed in room #18 which was a mid level unit. 3 nights in mid-September 2025.
Negatives:
Older condition building may be less appealing to some. No USB ports.
Positives:
Check-in was easy. Room was quiet & clean. Sheets & Towels were clean. Water was hot. Silverware/ceramics were clean. Stocked up heavy on Coffee, Tea, Sugar, & milk. Roomy Bathroom with full tub & adjustable hand held shower. Check-out was easy, just drop the keys off. I gave an extra star for value.
One night stay . Hotel needs lots of money spent on it. Cleanish hotel , bed lumpy

Hotel is very close to a lot of seaside facilities - eating places, amusement arcades, the Big Wheel, etc. It is around 15 minutes walk to the town centre with a good range of shops and around 8 minutes to an attractive park. It does not have its own car park but there was always space available on the road outside. It is a good value very old low price hotel with almost no amenities beyond the bedrooms. No lifts, so need to be able to get bags up and down stairs. Hopeless for wheelchair users - there are also steps at entrance. Staff are largely invisible, but room and bathroom were always clean and well kept.

Decent night stay
Stayed 1 night and had a clean functional room. comfortable, quite night sleep and a clean bathroom with good shower. Not personally botherd about decor as long as can sleep and wash. Had a towel and soap provided. but a little dated, however thats the same with pretty much most of yarmouths hotels and b&bs. Friendly member of staff who explained how to eneter, exit and showed me to my room. Would happily return.
The property is not a hotel it’s a hostel no bar as advertised on Expedia beds are out of date would not even let pets stay here you should remove this property from your listings terrible.

Good price
Room comfortable , very good value my only pronlem was the steep stairs to my room and for some weird reason other guests found it a great place to stand outside my door late at night and shout at each other. My room was lacking a remote control for the tv, however was on holuday so not really needing tv, bathroom was massive and shower was nice with hot water although not very powerfull. Bed was confortable but backed onto the ventilation for the building so could be a bit noisy when on. And the pidgeons and seagulls loved roosting on all the ledges outside and had lenghthy converstions and agruments betwwen them. I had great ear plugs so wasnt such a great concern. I would recommend that if you stay in room 24 silicon ear plugs are a god send.
Overall had a nice stay just a few nighles but for the price well done!
14.00 check in ?, i arrived at 14.15, no answer to the door or phone, i eventually got let in at 15.30, after spending 75 minutes at the (very nice) pizza place next door. No remote control, after investigating the screen, I'm not even sure that was a workable tv, no buttons at all, just a useless screen. The shower leaked more water than what came out the end. Nice bath though, but not any kind of bar to help anyone who needed assistance out, though there was a chair next to the bath, but i think only cos the chair could not fit anywhere near the desk, but after a bit of furniture rearranging, i managed to put chair where i would like it (next to the table). I left 1 night early, no air conditioning at all, luckily it was my 5th visit to Yarmouth this year, so didnt miss anything new. 10/10 for beach location & 10/10 for pizza place next door(nice staff & decent prices), but the hotel needs closing down.
Cleanliness;
In room: the bathroom and bedsheetsbwere clean and the room had been hoovered.
Communal; walls recently painted, carpet very stained, but hoovered and scented.
Staff; front desk man was nice; he walked us to our room. The cleaner was nice, but we checked in 4 hours after 2pm. she was still cleaning. At her request we left the room open so she could hoover. We returned 2 hours later with bags the door was unlocked. If something had gone missing, we would have been liable.
Our small room: wide enough to fit three sets of bedside drawers and two single beds. A metre at the end of the beds for a table and a wardrobe. A kettle, 7 mini milks, one curdled - no best before dates. 2 mini shower gels, 2 soaps. No chairs to sit on. bathroom spacious, shower over bath, a sink and 2 small tables. 3 towels and 2 toilet rolls.
saw a dining rm downstairs no b/fast offered though. lobby had 3 dining chairs.
Safety
Great location, easy parking. Large area of paint flaking on ceiling in bathroom had to pick up paint flakes off the floor nearly every time I went in. Pillows were the thinnest I've ever come across

Staff are really friendly, The hotel is very dated and the carpets looked pretty grubby, but my room was OK and it was clean. Breakfast was really good too.
