The room was spotless and cleaned every day. It is minutes from the seafront. Check in and out was so easy and everyone was very friendly. i didn't have en-suite as I was in the single room but the separate toilets and shower were just at the end of the hall and were cleaned everyday. The only downside was there is a small window overlooking the indoor stairwell in the room and if the hall lights are on it shines into the room. They have tried to counteract this with a blind but it still lights up the room when they are on during the night. I had a great stay and will use again.

Had a lovely time, the hotel itself was fine, great breakfast & owner's were spot on, perfect location as in beach & town centre. Very tight roads & seagulls are a threat to paintwork on your car, the area is very colorful, excellent vfm.

Perfect!

This very reasonable hotel was spotless, and the decor was in good order. The room was small, but well laid out, with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, and an en suite with power shower. Breakfast is an extra, booked in advance, and was ample and well prepared. Very happy with our stay!

Excellent stay once again

We had a fantastic 6 night stay. We came back a year later because we had such a good stay before. It was just as perfect for us the second time around. The hosts Sean and Debbie are lovely, they make you feel really welcome. The ensuite bedroom is comfortable and clean with a fridge and tea and coffee tray replenished daily when the room is serviced. We were out all day so it was perfect for a good night's sleep. For a small change I highly recommend breakfast, it is excellent. Will definitely stay again!

We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were welcomed by our hosts Debbie and Shaun. We were shown to our room which was very clean and well maintained including the shared toilet/shower room. The beds (2 singles) were very comfortable. The room had a tv, fridge, kettle and tea,coffee milk and sugar. Would definitely recommend Sunnyside Hotel as a place to stay in Great Yarmouth. Thank you Debbie and Shaun.

A nice budget B&B at a good price

A nice budget B&B Location is in a back street which is not ideal, but it is still just 100m from the sea front. I stayed in a single room and I expect the double rooms show this B&B at its best. It would be good for them to put a cheap fan in the top floor rooms for hot days (to be fair, I could have asked if they had one). Hosts were efficient and friendly, with good communication. Price was very good and this is key in evaluating any review.

The people who own are lovely. Didnt like it was very noisy squeeky floor boards people shouting could hear doors shutting people coming in and out once you were parked up you couldnt go out again in your car as they wouldnt be another spot rubbish all on steet old furniture we left early as not for us very upset as it was for our wedding anniversary
