"The good: We stayed last in the cliff suite. Lovely large suite, nicely decorated, view of the sea. Bed was very comfortable and lovely duvet and pillows. Lovely big bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and two sinks. Shower gel in the shower was really nice. Sunday roast in the restaurant overlooking the sea was really lovely, and breakfast was excellent too. Staff were all lovely and keen to please The not so good: There were no sheer blinds or curtains on the windows, just blackout curtains,...

"The Hotel is inviting and the staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a sea view - stunning, quiet and clean, with a bed that is as big as a boat. Breakfast included and Hubby loved the sausages, great choice, Evening meal and Afternoon Tea, sandwiches and a drink in the bar - all beautifully cooked, presentation excellent. Clipper open top bus stops just up from the Hotel, there is parking on site. Will book again loved it best stay in Great Yarmouth"

"Had a lovely weekend stay for the bank holiday. Our little girl slept well both nights and the breakfast both morning's was wonderful. The hot water for bathroom takes a while to come through but still a nice shower/bath and the hotel is across the road from a adult entertainment club but still peaceful at night. "

"We have stayed at the Prom a few times now, and are highly delighted with the hotels amenities. Our room (102) had all room facilities you would expect from a high class hotel. The bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast facilities, and were served by very efficient and helpful personnel. An all round pleasing stay at the Prom Hotel. "
