"This is a great alternative to the much-more-expensive hotels in the area. Don't set the high expectations and you will be happy. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great because it has the waffle machine. The only difference are the few "scuffs and marks" on doors and windows, but no compromise in safety and quality! I will return! The only problem was the noise from the other rooms, it felt like people were talking all night."

"i had a “safe” place to sleep that’s all that truly mattered. surrounding neighborhood is pretty sketchy but that’s oakland for you. pretty big drug bust outside my room on my first day which was pretty shocking, but if you need a place to sleep this is the place to be, just lock up your car."

"Bed was not at all good. I was able to feel the Mattress springs and had severe backache in the morning. Bathroom door wasn’t getting locked properly. Water from the sink was going very slow. Not recommending to anyone."
