「This is a lovely property in the heart of Stillwater. The reason we will not return is that the street noise from “hot rodding” motorcycles , trucks and cars cruising the main drag starts in early evening and continues into early morning hours. (We know this after 5 years of annual stays ). The noise is worst in the highest priced rooms that face the street. Dining on the patio in front of the hotel requires one to shout to be heard by others at your table😳. Not worth it.」

「The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. During check in and check out, the front desk personnel is required to be gently and served Guest with courtesy and attention,...
