「Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout.」

「I was only traveling through so only needed a clean room with a clean bed. I did find one bath towel had 2 holes in it - about 2”!! And the air conditioner was too loud to run all night - it would turn off for about 10 minutes and just when I was starting to sleep, it came back on for about 2 minutes. So I really didn’t sleep well. I tried to open the window but it had some sort of lock preventing it from being opened.」

「We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it.」
