「Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again.」

「Room could have been cleaned and maintained better. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and toilet paper roll holder was broken. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. Bare feet, foot prints in the shower when we arrived. Manager not that concerned about deficiencies.」

「This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless.」

「Staffer's were courteous, respectful, and extremely friendly. Breakfast was second to none and hospitality was superb. House keeping was excellent with daily cleaning and garbage disposal. Although, my wife and I don't drink alcohol, the bar tenders were very friendly. The front lobby/waiting area and the reading room with the fireplace was absolutely stunning. 「Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch...
